Envelopes with Contents

Envelopes can be used as direct mail pieces. The envelopes may contain several digitally printed items related to the direct marketing campaign, such as a cover letter, information sheet or brochure, coupons, a mailer, and a variety of other items. The related pieces are usually printed on lightweight stocks in order save on postage costs. It is extremely important that the individual pieces are placed in a particular order in the envelope in order to maximize the impact of the direct marketing program.

Note: All direct mail applications must conform to postal regulations; therefore if your organization lacks knowledge in the criteria for direct mail document specifications established by the postal service, it is recommended that their advice be sought before proceeding with a project.
