Double Fold
|
|
A type of fold in which a document is folded in half (usually perpendicular to the longest dimension of the document) and is then folded in half again so that the second fold is parallel to the first fold. This creates a document with four panels, which can be printed on both sides, creating an eight-page application. This type of fold is often used for brochures. A double fold is also referred to as a “double parallel fold” or a “quarter-fold.”
