Vellum Finish

A paper finish that has an eggshell appearance. Vellum is a smooth, creamy paper finish and is one of the most popular uncoated paper finishes. The smoothness of the finish is consistent, but it is not as smooth as a paper finish designated as “smooth.” Paper with a vellum finish has a high ink absorbency rate. The finish is most often found on various types of book paper.
